If you look in the description you will find the models height and size she is wearing and it states if the size is true to size or runs big or small.

2. Do we have a Brick and Mortar/Store Front?

No, not at this time. However, if you live in the Concord, NC area we can always make arrangements if necessary for our existing customers to come view our products. 

3. What happens if something doesn't fit?

We do have a return policy, please see details in the specific tab and print out form.

4. How long does it usually take for orders to be delivered? 

We try our very best to get your order packed the day of or the next day by the latest. From there our normal time frame can usually take up to 2-5 days for delivery, depending on your location. However, we can't control the mail so we do give a window of 2-10 days for delivery.  With that said we only had two situations that took as long as 10 days which was around the Christmas holiday.

5. What about if I order on Saturday?

If your order is placed early that morning, there could be a chance we can get your package out the same day.  If its later than 12:00 pm est. then we will probably have it mailed out on Sunday.  

6. What time zone is your store in?  

We operate on Eastern standard time out of Concord, NC 

7. Do we re-stock our inventory?

If the company still has the items available we can re-stock.  However, the order would be invoiced and paid for by the customer prior to us ordering the item and will be delivered once BriVanna Boutique receives it from the vendor. Shipping time for this type of pre-order can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on when we receive it.

8. How can we contact your boutique?

There are several ways on our website that allows you to send a message to us by email.  Our email is info@brivannaboutique.com or you can look us up on Facebook and Instagram under BriVanna Boutique and send us a private message.  In our welcome area and at the end of our home page there are links to both social media platforms.

9. Do you have a VIP group?

Yes we do on Facebook,

Get to know the lead stylists/owners, and have some fun along the way when we begin our LIVE sessions! Where you will get a live look at the fit, style, and flow of our products and the chance to participate in Q&A about future pieces you wish to purchase.

10. Do you hold any live events?
We do, right now its usually once a week either on Facebook or Instagram, that's why its very important if you have any of those social platforms to follow us and keep up with our events that are going on or make sure to sign up for our email subscriptions.  This is another chance to get familiar with us as people and a company, as well as get a closer look at our styles that are launching.
